A ready-made app is software we have already built, tested and run with real businesses, such as a booking platform, a reservations app or a review-reply plugin. We set it up with your brand, your settings and your payment account. You go live in days or weeks instead of the months a custom build takes.
A custom app is designed and built from scratch around your exact process, which takes longer and costs more. A ready-made app starts from a proven product and is configured for you, so it is faster, cheaper and lower-risk. If you need something extra, we can add custom features on top at a fixed price.
A WordPress plugin such as GBP Reviews or Instant Quote AI can be running within days. A full operations platform such as NauticFlow™ Enterprise, with staff apps, payments and store listings, typically takes about 30 days from kick-off to go-live.
Yes. We set up each product with your logo, colours, wording and domain. Customers see your business, not ours. Mobile apps can be published under your own name in the App Store and Google Play.
To publish an app under your own business name, yes. Apple and Google each charge their own developer fees, which are paid directly to them. We set up the accounts with you and handle the store submission and review process.
You do. Booking and payment products connect to your own Stripe account, so money goes straight to your bank account. We do not take a commission on your bookings.
Yes. Most products have settings you can change yourself. For anything beyond that, we quote the extra feature at a fixed price before we build it, and it is then maintained together with the rest of the app.
It depends on the product and how much set-up you need. Depending on the product, you pay either a one-time fee or a subscription, plus any custom work you ask for. Consumer apps such as CinePilot™ are priced in the stores (€4.99 a month after a free trial). For business products, our instant estimator gives you a price range in about two minutes, and a person reviews it before anything is agreed.
You do. Your customer, booking and business data belong to you. SALTPIXEL Ltd processes it only on your behalf, under a data processing agreement and EU GDPR rules. You can export it at any time.
Greek and English come as standard. Other languages, such as Russian and German, can be added for your customers. GBP Reviews writes its review replies in Greek and English automatically.
Yes. Some products are live and you can try them now: Instant Quote AI runs on this website, the rental engine runs on rentvans.cy, and NauticFlow™ powers the MW Bookings app. For the others, book a live demo and we will walk you through it.
Each product comes with a support and updates plan. It keeps the app working with new iOS, Android and WordPress versions, fixes issues and answers your team's questions. What is included is set out in your quote.
