You are chatting with an AI assistant. Every quote is reviewed by a senior engineer before work starts.
| What matters | Traditional agency quote | M A L A K A AI pricing |
|---|---|---|
| Time to a price | 5–10 working days, after a sales call | About 2 minutes, online, 24/7 |
| Breakdown | One lump sum, or a vague range | Every module itemised, and you can remove what you don't need |
| Basis | Gut feeling and the salesperson's target | Current Cyprus market ranges, the same rules for everyone |
| Who decides | Whoever sends the PDF | The AI prepares it, and a senior person approves it |
| Deposit | Paid upfront and hard to get back | Held on your card, released if either side says no |
| Transparency | Rarely explained | Personalised pricing disclosed, with a right to human review |
You choose what you need, such as a website, an online shop, an app or an AI agent, and answer a few questions. The calculator starts from the current Cyprus market price range for that type of work. It places your project within that range based on its size and your type of business, and shows an itemised estimate in about two minutes. A senior member of our team then reviews it before anything is agreed.
No. The estimate is preliminary. It becomes a fixed price only after a senior member of our team has reviewed it and confirmed the scope with you in writing. After that, the price for the agreed scope does not change. New features you ask for later are quoted separately.
Prices for digital work in Cyprus vary with the size of the client. A start-up and a large corporate group rarely need the same level of work, support and risk cover. We place start-ups and small businesses toward the lower end of the market range and larger organisations toward the upper end. You can always tell us more about your business, and we will correct the assessment.
We use the services and features you choose, what you tell us in the form or in the chat, and public information about your business, such as what it does and roughly how big it is. When you tick the “Tailor my quote” box, we also use basic information about your device. We never use nationality, gender, age, religion or any other protected characteristic.
A senior member of the SALTPIXEL Ltd team reviews every quote before work starts or any payment is taken. They check the scope, the timeline and the price against the real work involved. The AI prepares the estimate, and a person makes the decision.
We send you a reasonable revised offer that explains what changed. If you accept it, the project starts. If you do not, your deposit hold is released in full and you owe nothing.
When you reserve a project, the deposit shown in your quote is held on your card through Stripe. It is not charged. The money stays in your account until both sides agree to go ahead. If we decline the project, or you decline a revised offer, the hold is released straight away. Card holds usually expire after about 7 days, and if that happens we ask you to place a new one.
No. We never ask for 100% upfront. You pay a deposit to reserve the project, and the balance follows the milestones in your quote, with the final payment at launch.
Describe it in the chat with Elena, our AI assistant. If the job is new to us, the system researches typical Cyprus market prices for that kind of work. Our team then reviews the result before you receive a quote.
No. Elena is an AI assistant, and she tells you so. She can explain your estimate, answer questions and adjust the scope with you. A person on our team reviews and approves every quote, and you can ask to speak to a person at any time.
Prices are shown without VAT. Cyprus VAT, currently 19% at the standard rate, is added where it applies. Your quote and invoice show the VAT separately.
Yes. You can ask for a human review, give us information that corrects our assessment (for example, that you are a start-up), or contest the price. Reply to your quote email or write to privacy@malaka.cy.
