Malaka (μαλάκα, said “MA-la-ka”) is probably the best-known word in everyday Greek and Cypriot speech. Between friends it is an affectionate “mate” or “buddy”: “Ela, malaka!” means “Come on, mate!”. Said to the wrong person, or in the wrong tone, it is an insult. The word comes from the ancient Greek malakós, meaning “soft”.
It can be. Among friends it is warm and everyday. Said to a stranger in anger, it is rude. That double meaning is exactly why we chose it: digital work is the same. With the right people, an agency is a huge help to your business. With the wrong people, it becomes a hole that eats your money.
For three reasons. First, it is the friendliest word in Greek, and we want clients to feel they are talking to a friend, not a corporation. Second, it is a promise to explain everything in plain words, without the jargon that even some IT people don't fully understand. Third, it reminds us every day that we have to earn the friendly meaning of the word.

We are based in Larnaca and work with businesses across the island, including Nicosia, Limassol, Paphos, Ayia Napa and Protaras, as well as clients elsewhere in the EU and the Middle East. Meetings are in person or on Google Meet.
