NauticFlow™ Enterprise is booking and operations software for yacht charters, boat rentals and watersports centres, built by M A L A K A (SALTPIXEL Ltd, Cyprus). Guests book and pay a deposit online. The owner confirms each booking from a phone, and separate apps run the dock and the boats. Catering, refunds, reviews and financial reports are all in one system, branded as your business.
When a guest books, their card is pre-authorised for the deposit through Stripe. The money is held, not charged. When you confirm the booking, the hold is captured. If you decline, the hold is voided and nothing is charged. Card networks usually let a hold last about 7 days, so bookings are confirmed or declined within that window.
You choose a percentage (for example 20% or 50%), a fixed amount or full payment online. Any balance is recorded as Cash on Arrival. Your dock staff then log it as paid in cash, by card on your POS terminal or by bank transfer, so every euro is accounted for.
Yes. Admins can issue full or partial refunds straight to the guest's card, and a reason code is required: weather, guest cancellation, maintenance or goodwill. Voiding an uncaptured hold releases it at once. A refund of a captured payment usually appears on the guest's statement within 5–10 working days, depending on their bank.
Dock staff use a tablet view with turnaround countdowns, hull and safety checklists (life vests, beacon, fuel, waivers) and guest check-in. The screen stays awake and the buttons are 48px and high-contrast, so it works in full sun. Captains see their assigned charters, the passenger list and waiver status. They can add paid extensions or food and drink, send kitchen orders and mark the charter complete. Unconfirmed bookings are hidden from crew.
You add partner restaurants with their menus (you can import them from a PDF or a photo) and a markup, which is 15% by default and can be changed. Guests add food and drinks at checkout, and catering and charter are paid in one Stripe payment. The order is sent to the restaurant automatically by WhatsApp, Viber, phone or email.
When the captain marks a charter complete, the review timer starts. 24 hours later the guest receives an SMS and an email with a direct link to your Google review form. If they don't click it, one reminder follows at 48 hours. The analytics show sends, clicks and click-through rate for each step.
The Financial Hub shows gross turnover, expenses, net profit and margin, online deposits, cash on arrival due and average booking value, by day, week, month or season. One tap exports a CSV in the RFC 4180 standard for your accountant. It includes Stripe authorisation IDs, guest names, boats and refund reason codes.
It suggests extras for each booking, such as snorkel sets for families, ice coolers for sunset trips or paddle boards for full-day charters. The admin accepts a suggestion with one tap. It never adds anything to a guest's bill on its own.
No. NauticFlow™ charges a 0% booking fee. Payments go straight to your own Stripe account and bank. Only Stripe's standard card processing fees apply, as they would with any card payment.
The guest and staff apps run on iOS and Android from one Flutter codebase, and the command desk runs inside your WordPress website. A live example is MW Bookings on the Apple App Store.
Yes. The same engine handles bookings for anything with an asset, a time slot and a deposit: supercar and chauffeur fleets, airport transfers, quad, buggy and safari tours, scuba and coastal excursions, and villa or short-term rentals.
A branded deployment typically takes about 30 days from kick-off. We back it with a “love it or leave it” guarantee: if NauticFlow™ isn't right for your operation, you can end the agreement without penalty, on the terms set out in your contract.
