Table Manager (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Table Manager mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.

- Google Calendar account details (during authorization)
- Call Log / Contacts Information: The App accesses phone logs and local contacts to display Caller ID identification and match incoming numbers with existing reservations. This data is processed locally on your device and is not uploaded to third-party databases.
- Google User Data: The App requests access to read and write to your Google Calendar events. We only access this data to sync, create, update, and cancel your restaurant reservations. This information is synchronized directly between the App and the Google Calendar API.
2. Use of Data
Table Manager uses the collected data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain our booking synchronization service.
- To allow you to sync bookings with Google Calendar.
- To show Caller ID alerts matching guest information when customers call.
- To monitor the usage and performance of the application.
3. Data Transfer and Security
Your personal information is secure. We do not sell, trade, or transfer your Google Calendar tokens, contacts, or reservation details to outside parties. Your data is stored securely on your local device and synchronized with your own self-hosted WordPress server.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We may employ third-party companies (such as Firebase for Authentication and Cloud Messaging) to facilitate our App. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
